End of 2025 Reflection

As we come to the end of 2025 and start to look ahead to 2026, I’ve found myself feeling incredibly proud — and very grateful — for everything Reclaim Mobility has grown into this year.

Over the past 12 months we’ve delivered over 2000 visits across the community, supporting people with complex neurological and rehabilitation needs in their own homes. But when I look back, it isn’t just about numbers — it’s about the people, the progress, and the way we work together.

One of the biggest highlights of 2025 has been seeing our multidisciplinary model truly come to life. Bringing together physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology and speech & language therapy allows us to support the whole person — not just their physical recovery, but their confidence, communication, mood and independence too. Rehabilitation is never just about muscles and movement; it affects people’s identity, relationships and their place in the world.

At the heart of everything we do are our Rehab Assistants. They are the backbone of our service — delivering high-quality, structured care plans day-to-day, making therapy more accessible and affordable, and ensuring consistency that drives real, meaningful change. I am constantly inspired by their commitment to our clients and the compassion they bring into every home they enter.

This year we’ve seen so many powerful functional gains — people standing again, walking further, transferring more independently, returning to driving, getting back to activities that matter to them — and just as importantly, families feeling supported, reassured and less alone in the journey.

2025 has also been a year of growth for us as a business. We were honoured to win Best New Business in the Rochford and Rayleigh district business awards earlier this year, and we’ve welcomed new physios and rehab assistants into the team — each bringing their own expertise, energy and passion for rehabilitation.

As we move into 2026, our focus remains the same:
To deliver specialist, compassionate, multidisciplinary rehabilitation — in people’s homes, where it matters most — while continuing to bridge the gap between NHS services and longer-term community rehab. We’re proud to work alongside local NHS teams, supporting continuity of care when funding or services are limited, and ensuring no one is left without the support they need.

We know the demand for high-quality neuro and complex rehab is growing alongside our aging population, and we’re excited to keep growing too — always with our values at the centre of what we do. As we grow to meet ongoing demands, we look forward to opportunities for collaborations in the new year, such as with our chosen Charity of the year Headway Essex and New Body Gym.

Thank you to our incredible team, our clients, and the families who trust us with such an important part of their lives.
Here’s to 2026 and everything it holds ✨
